Dual Feed System (DFS)
The Dual Feed System or DFS consists of three mainstay ASG machines mounted onto a high quality aluminum extruded, anodized rotary stand. This provides precise alignment of the three machines for variable production, whether stick feeding from the Center Pick Feeder (CPF) or dereeling from the Low Tension Dereeler (LTD) to the Accu-Cut 202L tubing cutter. The rotating “lazy Susan” type mount makes it quick and easy to change from stick feeding to spool dereeling and back in under 2 minutes! Better yet, with the optional recipe/barcode scanner feature, engineers can ensure that the 202L cutter is automatically reconfigured to the correct parameters to ensure efficient and error-free operator changeovers. The DFS can also be integrated with other Accu-Cut variants, such as the all-in-one Cut, Slit, Flare (CSF) system or the 700L. Optional wheels for the stand allow the DFS to be quickly moved from one line to another to provide ultimate production flexibility.Features:
