Automatic Feed-Test-Sort
The ASG Feed-Test-Sort system pairs the Clinton Instrument Company’s renowned High Voltage (HV) Tester with ASG’s Center Pick Feeder (CPF) and easy access output sort bins. This combination of machines automatically feeds your materials into the HV Tester, and then automatically sorts into dual pass/fail sort bins after leaving the HV Tester. Thus, there is never mixing or error of validated, integrity checked parts. The HV Tester detects any exposed wire caused by missing, voided, or damaged insulation on catheters, braided tubing or wire. No longer is it necessary to have a slow and difficult manual inspection process – load a batch into the feed bin and attend to other duties. It won’t take long, though, as this system will process a blazing 500-800 units per hour!The Feed-Test-Sort system can also be integrated with other input or output variations for automated Catheter fault detections or custom automations, such as the High Voltage Tester and Hoop Loader. Optional wheels for the stand allow the Feed-Test-Sort system to be quickly moved from one line to another to provide ultimate production flexibility.
