Accu-Reel High Performance Dereeler (HPD)
The HPD combines excellent tension control with a responsive electronic servo drive system to provide high speed dereeling of a wide range of materials in a vertical, drop-feeding, and space-saving design. Typical applications include PVC tubing for blood tubing sets and long catheter tubes. A tube cutting system consisting of the HPD and an Accu-Cut 202L with High Speed option can cut a 68 inch part in 2.3 seconds with tolerances of 1/16 inch. The HPD has automatic overtorque decoupling and an E-stop interlock. As with all our dereelers, the HPD can be modified per your request to accommodate more specific needs.
