The Accu-Feed GWF 410 Guidewire Feed System provides automatic handling of wires for taper or barrel grinding into centerless grinder at rates up to 2.25 seconds exchange time.
Center Pick Feeder
When a smaller footprint is needed, the Center Pick Feeder, at only two feet long, iis the best choice to very precisely feed tubing and wires. A 6ft attachable tray is available as an option for longer tubing and wiring needs.
Accu-Reel: Automatic Computer-Controlled Dereelers
Low Tension Dereeler
This computer controlled dereeler provides low force, constant tension payout of tubing into a 202 series cutter or similar machine for high volume, critical tolerance manufacturing operations.
Heavy-Duty Low Tension Dereeler
The HD LTD, a variation of the LTD, offers the ability to dereel much larger spools of tubing, while still providing the same constant tension payout for high volume, critical tolerance manufacturing operations.
High Performance Dereeler
This Dereeler combines excellent tension control with a responsive electronic servo drive system to provide high speed dereeling of a wide range of materials.

Cut-Slit-Flare
The CSF is designed to not only cut, but also slit and flare tubing (thermal flaring, or mechanical flaring) in an easy all-in-one operation.
CT-XL
The newest machine in ASG’s line of automated cutters. An air bearing carousel facilitates the flow of material from a bin into a system of pulleys used to reel the product into the cutter.
Automated Drill Punch & Skive (DPS)
Fully automate, Batch load, pick and place, skive parts from saved recipe, and finished part to bin, with minimal operator interaction increasing safety, quality, and quantity.

Automated Coil Assembler
The Automated Guidewire Feeder's design, this machine is unique in that it is able to.automate the feeding, dereeling, and loading of multiple wires and safety ribbon into a catheter, then bond and cut the ends as needed.
Hoop Assembly
Using ASG feeding and insertion technology, this machine forms a hoop, mounts a loading plug, and then inserts the desired materials into the hoop before dropping it into a finished product bin.
High Voltage Tester and Hoop Loader
To incorporate three processes into one and to save on much manual labor, this machine isolates a wire, runs it through a high voltage tester, and then inserts it into a hoop. “Bad” wires are automatically identified with the exact location of the fault displayed.
