The Accu-Cut 205PC was developed to address the increasing need for
total process control and compliance in manufacturing. There are no
knobs for the operator to adjust. Operators are guided by photos on the
screen to snap in the correct blade and bushing, and then start
cutting. Blade change intervals are material specific and require an
operator signoff. This machine is ideal for FDA monitored manufacturing
of small lots, or for large product portfolios where consistent setup
is critical to product quality.
